What is spiritual practice?
A spiritual practice is any activity that one engages in with reverence for the Sacred. It's essential for spiritual living.
In this experiential class, we’ll explore the philosophy of spiritual practices from different faith traditions and apply these techniques with meditation, prayer, forgiveness, movement, sound, ritual and more.
Students learn how to create and/or enrich a consistent spiritual practice that works for them. They will also:
- Learn and understand the value, purpose and meaning of spiritual practices
- Develop and maintain a daily spiritual routine
- Explore and experiment with diverse spiritual practices from a variety of different traditions
Prerequisite: #101 Beyond Limits
This course is a Center for Spiritual Living certified course that qualifies for entering Practitioner training.
