#202 with Rev. Josh Reeves
About the Class
What is spiritual practice?
A spiritual practice is any activity that one engages in with reverence for the Sacred. It's essential for spiritual living.
In this experiential class, we’ll explore the philosophy of spiritual practices from different faith traditions and apply these techniques with meditation, prayer, forgiveness, movement, sound, ritual, and more.
Students learn how to create and enrich a consistent spiritual practice that works for them. Students will also:
- Learn and understand the value, purpose, and meaning of spiritual practices
- Develop and maintain a daily spiritual routine
- Explore and experiment with diverse spiritual practices from a variety of different traditions
Dr. Patty Luckenbach and Rev. Zemirah Jazwierska will join a few of the classes.
