About the Retreat


Give yourself the gift of complete renewal!

The purpose is to enhance prayer and meditation practices and to advance the conscious awareness of the Divine Presence within us all. It is an opportunity to remove yourself from the distractions and demands of daily life so that awareness may detoxify and expand, thus creating a more intimate connection with the Divine Indwelling.

Together we will experience:

  • Meditations lasting 20-30 minutes
  • Soul-stirring music and movies
  • Inspirational teachings and discussion
  • Meaningful connection with Dr. Roger and fellow Mile Hi'ers

 

We will be in a beautiful, idyllic setting that offers a true respite from the demands of daily life.

I was not able to “figure out” how to meditate by myself but after the retreat, I have confidence and techniques to choose from.
