Love America Tour
Changes on the Inside. Changes on the Outside.
with Marianne Williamson
About the Lecture
At a time when fear and hatred have been turned into a political force, is it possible to harness the powers of love and decency for political purposes as well?
The times in which we’re living are dramatic and unstable yet bursting with new possibilities for a future free of fear.
Our task is to create a new, whole-person politics that breaks free from a paradigm based on an outdated view of the world while embracing an enlightened understanding of our relation to the universe.
We need a deeper, multi-dimensional understanding of our national story—where we have been, where we are and where we need to go.
As with other extraordinary times in our history being given an opportunity, from the abolitionist movement to women’s suffrage to the Civil Rights era, we are in a time to break free of old ways of being and write a new story of our future.
On her tour this year, Marianne will discuss how a revolution in consciousness paves the way to both personal and national renewal. Her talk will be provocative and inspirational.
In the words of Martin Luther King, Jr., “Our goal is to create a beloved community and this will require a qualitative change in our souls as well as a quantitative change in our lives.”
