Birth – Fifth Grade
Our Birth – Fifth grade programs encompass Sunday service activities, special service activities, choir, camps and service projects. This ministry is filled with laughter, play and fun. Beginning in preschool, classes are anchored in prayer and ritual, and have age-appropriate teachings of the core spiritual concepts of the Science of Mind and Spirit philosophy including:
- Prayer and Affirmations
- The Creative Process
- All paths lead to God
- There is no separation from God
We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment where our children can grow with Spirit. All staff and volunteers must pass a national background screening process and only screened individuals work with children in any capacity. Classrooms are staffed with at least two adults at all times and children receive a name tag with an individualized number while parents receive a tag with the same number and those children are released only to the parent or guardian with the matching tag and number.
On Sunday, youth programs are provided at every service for children birth through fifth grade. Middle school and high school students meet only during the 10 a.m. service. Classrooms are open 30 minutes before each available service.
