ABOUT THE TALK
Best-selling authors, Doctors Lissa Rankin and Jeff Rediger, will examine how unhealthy relationships quietly affect emotional well-being, physical health, and overall quality of life. Chronic stress, unresolved conflict, emotional suppression, and relational trauma do not remain confined to the mind—they are often carried by the body, shaping patterns of illness, exhaustion, anxiety, and diminished vitality.
Participants will explore how relational dynamics influence the nervous system, immune response, and emotional resilience, and why certain patterns are so difficult to break. More importantly, the workshop offers insight into how medicinal healthy, well boundaried, intimate and co-regulating connections with others can be. Healing becomes possible when awareness, boundaries, and inner clarity are restored.
This session is not about blame or diagnosis, but about recognition and release—learning how to disengage from toxic patterns, reclaim personal agency, build the kinds of relational connections that help us heal, and begin a genuine path back to emotional and physical health.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This workshop explores the often-overlooked inner intelligence that quietly governs healing, balance, and restoration within every human being. While medicine plays a vital role in treating disease, true healing frequently involves engaging deeper processes that integrate emotional awareness, bodily wisdom, and spiritual presence.
Participants will learn how this innate healing intelligence operates and how stress, trauma, and unresolved emotion can interfere with its natural function. Through insight, reflection, and practical understanding, the workshop reveals how aligning body, mind, and spirit can support emotional repair, physical recovery, and lasting well-being.
This session offers a respectful expansion of the healing conversation—inviting participants to move beyond symptom management and into a more complete partnership with the intelligence that sustains life itself.
