About Barb Granica
Barb is a long-time Mile Hi’er, teaching Tai Chi for Better Balance for the city of Denver for many years. Since 2020, she has been leading Yang-style tai chi and qigong as a physical and spiritual practice on Thursdays at 10 a.m. on our campus. It is her intention to make tai chi and qigong accessible to all.
About Mike Akers
Mike has studied Yang-style tai chi through the lineage of Cheng Man-ch’ing since 2012. He practices tai chi and qigong because it’s challenging, improves balance and focus, and has many health benefits.
