Walk the stations of the Cosmic Christ at the Cabrini Shrine in preparation for Easter and the spring equinox season.
In this mini walking pilgrimage, you will meditate on the seven “I Am’s” and the nine events in the life of Jesus that are cosmic based including the Nativity, Baptism, Transfiguration, Pentecost, etc. This practice honors our common ground as a humanity of diverse faiths and no faith, and it offers a new but ancient paradigm that can help revitalize our inner spiritual nature, expanding to a more cosmically-aware consciousness.
At the Cabrini Shrine, you will learn about the miracle spring water that was discovered by Mother Cabrini in 1912, mindfully walk through the scripture and Rosary gardens, and either meditate in the chapel or climb the stairs to see the 22-ft. Sacred Heart of Jesus statue as a contemplative walk/ meditation to embody personal prayer and devotional energy.
