Payroll Specialist
Our accounting team is seeking a payroll specialist to prepare its bi-monthly payrolls.
Must have a minimum of 2-years experience in hands-on payroll preparation, including the use of payroll software (knowledge of Paycom is a plus). Basic knowledge of payroll taxation and general ledger accounting is important. This work if very time sensitive; payroll must be prepared on a precise schedule. The candidate should also be fluent in Excel to support payroll report creation.
This is a part-time hourly position and the weekly work schedule will flex each week based on the timing of the payrolls. Hourly pay will be commensurate with experience.
